Privacy choices
Your information, your choices.
Use this page to ask about access, correction, deletion, portability, opt-out rights, or review of a prior privacy-request decision.
Legal version: 2026-08-16 · Effective and last updated August 16, 2026
Current beta disclosure: SYR does not sell or share personal data for cross-context behavioral advertising, use personal data for targeted advertising, or perform profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects. There is no preference switch for those activities today. You can still use the form below to ask for confirmation or report a concern.
Available requests
- Access: ask for the categories and specific pieces of account data SYR maintains where applicable.
- Correction: ask to correct inaccurate account information. Eligibility corrections use a minimized process and should never include a full birth date or identity document here.
- Deletion: use the dedicated Account Deletion process for the whole account, or identify a narrower privacy deletion question.
- Portability: where applicable, ask for a copy of eligible account data in a portable and, to the extent technically feasible, readily usable format.
- Sale or sharing, targeted advertising, and qualifying profiling: ask us to confirm the current practices described above or report a concern. SYR currently performs none of these activities.
- Appeal or review: ask us to review a prior privacy-request decision where applicable.
- Authorized agent or parent/guardian: submit for another person where law permits and explain your authority without including documents in this initial form.
- Other: ask a question about the Privacy Policy or data handling.
Global Privacy Control
SYR recognizes Global Privacy Control where required. Because the beta does not sell or share personal data, run targeted ads, or use covered profiling, the signal does not change a setting today. If those practices change, we will update this notice and honor the signal before using data that way.
Verification, timing, agents, and guardians
We use verification proportionate to the request's risk. A request for access, portability, correction, or deletion may require stronger proof of account control before SYR discloses or changes account data. A general practice question, appeal, or opt-out request may require less, unless account-specific action is needed. The initial form does not ask for an email or SYR username. When follow-up is needed, the private status page may offer a separate one-time-code check for an email address you control; control of an inbox does not by itself prove account ownership. We may ask only for limited additional information through a restricted, minimum-evidence channel. Do not send a password, SMS code, identity document, or full birth date through this form or email.
An authorized agent may submit where applicable. We may verify the agent's authority and the requester's identity, or ask the requester to confirm the authority directly, as law permits. A parent or guardian may submit for a child where legally applicable; we verify the relationship and authority proportionately before disclosing or changing child data. This process does not create a parental dashboard, message-access right, or consent shortcut for an ineligible user.
After a successful submission, the page provides an immediate acknowledgment. Once SYR receives a verifiable request, our operational target is a substantive response within 45 calendar days. If reasonably necessary and applicable law permits an extension, we will notify you within the initial response period, explain the reason, and may take up to 45 additional calendar days; any shorter legal deadline controls. If we decline or limit a request, we will explain the basis and any available appeal process where required.
To appeal, select “Appeal or review” and identify the prior request reference without including the private status key in the form details. We target a written appeal decision within 45 calendar days, or sooner where law requires. If an appeal is denied, we will provide information about contacting the appropriate regulator where applicable law requires it.
