What To Include

Your account email or username, if the request is account-specific.
A short description of the issue.
For safety reports, include usernames, screenshots, post/message context, and dates if available.
For privacy or deletion requests, include enough information to verify account ownership.

Account Deletion Requests

Users can initiate account deletion from inside the app and/or via support request.

To request deletion of your SYR account and associated data, use the in-app account deletion request action or email chris@cegeenterprises.com with the subject line "SYR Account Deletion Request".

Please include the account email or username tied to your SYR account. We may need to verify account ownership before deleting or anonymizing account data. Some records may be retained where required for security, legal compliance, fraud prevention, disputes, or moderation evidence, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Response Targets During Beta

During beta, we aim to review safety and account deletion requests promptly. Response times may vary while the product and support workflow are being tested.
